1. This isn't a "weight loss" blog...it's a "I'm getting fit in a healthy, life style changing way" blog. I don't drink shakes, I don't take pills, I do this MY way.
2. I am losing weight for myself. Not for my hubby, not for my sisters wedding, not to fit into a swimming suit. For me. To be a better mommy. To be a better wife. To be a better me. Those other events are just motivation….362 days to my sister wedding AND COUNTING!!!!!
3. If you know me in real life and you see me out running…feel free to give me a honk and a fist pump out the window. If you see me eating Frank’s pizza and cheese bread…look the other way.
