Weekly Goals

I am a VERY goal orriented person…
Weekend Goal…Don’t eat my weight in cake at graduation parites.  CHECK. Didn’t eat ANY.  
Though the cupcake my son brought home from a friends house… HOUSED that baby. 
Damn chocolate.
ANYWHOOOO tomorrow is a new day and start to a new week.  Who wants to join me in some goal setting? 
Whether it’s as simple as walk each day, complete the daily ab challenges, or only eat 6 twizzlers…Let’s set some goals and hop to it.
Since my life is an open book here’s my goals and how I track them.
1. Run Monday (Emerald Glenn aka the MOTHER of all hills)
2. Bike 40 miles (easy to do with 2 spin classes) And I can only do 2 spin classes this week because Saturday is my nieces birthday party out of state AND DRESS SHOPPPING WEEKEND for my SEEEESTOR’S WEDDING!!!!!!!!!!! So  I really need to keep my shit together this week.
3. Run Wednesday (2.5 mile loop…and RUN that yotch)
4. Figure out how to Eat clean…This is new to my goal list…I’ve not focused a TON on my eating other than portion sizes….so any tips are greatly appreciated.
4. Huber Sisters 5K Saturday morning…UNDER 33 MINUTES!! There better be some hella down hills and NO UP HILLS KATIE!!!!!!!!!! (She’s making the route…and the bibs…..which better be bedazzled.)
Here is my new super awesome way of keeping myself accountable…and yet another thing I can look back on someday and say really….that’s ALLLLL you did?!?!

As you can see…last week SUCKED in the running department.  My Monday and Wednesday nights were consumed with meetings and crying children….You win some you lose some. BUT again…new week…new goals…
Let’s do this.
